Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, holiday packages, ticketing coordination, itinerary planning, and communication with B2B/DMC partners and clients.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about travel, possess strong coordination skills, and thrive in a fast-paced travel and tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with B2B partners, DMCs, airlines, hotels, and travel vendors.
Handle domestic and international travel bookings, holiday packages, and ticketing support.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday plans based on client requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional travel consultation.
Ensure smooth coordination of travel logistics, accommodations, transportation, and related services.
Maintain strong communication with clients and provide timely travel updates.
Support sales and business growth initiatives through excellent customer service.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate booking records, travel documentation, and customer databases.
Handle travel-related issues, schedule changes, and customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a reputed travel agency or travel management company.
Hands-on experience in travel coordination, itinerary planning, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines.
Knowledge of travel industry systems and tools is required.
IATA certification will be preferred and may be considered an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with Nepalese and international travel destinations, customer preferences, and cultural practices will be an advantage.
