HD Travel, A travel and tour company operating within GC Group , is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven General Manager to lead the company’s overall operations and business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and expand travel products and packages, build strong relationships with clients and business partners, lead and motivate teams, and identify new opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the overall operations of the travel company.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage staff to ensure efficient performance.
Develop and promote domestic and international travel packages and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and other business partners.
Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall business performance.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle important client concerns when required.
Coordinate with sales, ticketing, operations, finance, and other departments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the travel and tourism industry.
Prepare and present regular business and performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
Represent the company in meetings, events, negotiations, and business development activities.
Perform other managerial responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial or senior management role within the travel and tourism industry.
Knowledge and Exposure towards OTAs and use of GDS - Amadeus , Sabre ,Galileo and how they operates .
Strong knowledge of travel operations, tour packages, ticketing, and tourism services.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong business development and sales-management abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant business software.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel markets will be an advantage.
