Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. Attention to detail is a MUST!

Make hotel and flight reservations for guests
Handle any issues or complaints that may arise in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Canva
Emailing skills – communication with clients via email
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
Commitment to work at least 1 Year
Two-wheeler with a driving license

Note:

Working Hours: 10 am – 6 pm
Education Level: Bachelors completed in related field.
