Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tour Assistant to support our tour operations, customer handling, and daily office activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the travel and tourism field, be flexible with working hours, and ready to work late when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating tour programs and travel packages
Communicate with clients through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions
Manage tour bookings, confirmations, and basic travel documentation
Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, hotels, and other service providers
Provide support to guests before, during, and after tours to ensure customer satisfaction
Update tour itineraries, schedules, and related details as required
Maintain tour records, reports, and assist with general office administrative tasks
Handle last-minute changes, client requests, and emergency situations professionally

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
Bachelor’s degree completed or currently running (Tourism, Management, or related field preferred)
Good command of English (spoken and written); Nepali language proficiency required
Basic computer skills, including Email, MS Word, and Excel (knowledge of booking systems is an advantage)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexible with working hours and willing to work late when required
Positive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service orientation
