A luxury hotel is seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk correspondence
Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Requirements:

Prior experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English ( knowledge of spoken Japanese would be a plus)
Basic computer and hotel management system knowledge
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
