Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic female candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves maintaining customer relationships on the company platform and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily communication and relationships with customers on the company platform.
Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries in both Hindi and English.
Utilize strong typing skills to ensure efficient communication.
Participate in pre-job training to enhance service delivery and product knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Minimum education: +2 / SLC
Good appearance and temperament
Fluent in Hindi and English (both spoken and written)
Good health, honest, reliable, and loyal to the company
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Fresher candidates are welcome; no prior experience required

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (6 days a week)

Salary: NPR 25,000 basic + commission (no income cap)
