Good language skills while on telephone with a foreigner and writing / corresponding skills via email.
Full Ticketing knowledge and experience in the same post is highly preferable
Should be fleunt in written and spoken both English and Nepali.
Should have good interpersonal and negotiating skills

Job Description

Daily domestic and international air reservation and ticketing related job
Responsible for selling tickets to passengers for various modes of transportation
Provide quality customer services
Answer telephones, walk-in customers or travel agents who seek information regarding different travel and ticketing requirements.
