  • Prior experience as a transport coordinator or a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to deal with drivers and helpers.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy skills (English/Nepali).
  • Able to handle transportation unit independently 
  • To have a knowledge about the vehicle and vehicle parts.
  • Able to handle unusual situation like accident / conflict etc. successfully.
  • Able to prepare reposts and submit to the management.
