An Operations Manager for an educational consultancy oversees the efficient and effective delivery of services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with the organization’s goals. Below is a concise role summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for efficient service delivery (e.g., academic counseling, admissions).
Manage teams, assign tasks, and provide training.
Optimize processes and implement technology (e.g., CRM systems).
Handle client relations and stakeholder partnerships.
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks.
Monitor budgets and resources; contribute to strategic planning.
Counselling students and guardians about test preparation and study abroad
Follow up on the leads and meet the target

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master's running. Must have a Bachelor's Degree (Compulsion)
2–5 years of operations experience, ideally in education or client services.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of educational systems/visa processes is a plus.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, office-based, with occasional travel.
Flexible hours during peak seasons; reports to Director/CEO.
