  • 5 years overall experience with at least 3 years relevant experience in project management or related unit setup experience in running children homes, shared services or operations environment
  • Ability to follow and guide projects through established process and methods

  • Should have strong analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written skills at all levels
  • Proficient MS-Office skills inclusive of strong PowerPoint skill (English & Nepali)

Job Description

  • Monitor and review all financial transactions weekly, or more often as needed
  • Financial approvals of all expenditures as per policies
  • Coordinate with HR division for recruitment and training of staff as needed
  • Manage weekly progress/status meeting with staff
  • Review children’s care, nutritional and other needs
  • Supervise and maintain established procedures and regulations
  • Supervise record keeping of the children and important updates
  • Manage schedule and assure counseling in coordination with counselors and reintegration officers
  • Train, supervise, monitor and review performance
