Qualification    :    Bachelors' in Engineering

Experience    :    Some experience / Knowledge in estimating bidding/ Construction Civil Engineering

Self Indicators    :

• Experience in estimating bidding private, public and government sector construction jobs of various sizes in the Power, Irrigation, Drinking Water, Roads, Bridges, Aviation etc sectors.
• Knowledge and understanding of public (and private) sector bid requirements
• Ability to write comprehensive and well written proposals and detailed responses to requests
• Experience of managing large, technically demanding bids for delivery throughout the country
• Sound mathematical and technical skills 
• Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
• Good Public Relation (PR) will be an added advantage
