At Pradhan & Associates, it has been our tradition that we first provide required professional training to fresh graduates prior to commencing with entry level lawyer position of “Associate” with our firm. Fresh graduates are first hired as Trainee Associates. In this position, Trainee Associates will be provided training to develop basic skill to interpret laws and make practical application of law as well as to draft legal documents.
A Trainee Associate will be evaluated based on their
performance during the ‘traineeship’ for further promotion to a full time
Associate position at the firm. The time
period for the ‘traineeship’ may last from 6 months to one year depending on
the performance of each Trainee Associate and enrollment as an Advocate with
Nepal Bar Council.
