Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, and briefs.
Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, affidavits, and correspondence.
Assist attorneys in case preparation, file management, and trial preparation.
Maintain and organize case files, evidence, and documentation.
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and external stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, hearings, and client appointments.
Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is an advantage.
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal case management software (an added advantage).
Typing skills with a minimum of 50 words per minute in English.
Fluency in English is required (written and spoken).

Additional Requirements:

Night shift hours are mandatory for this position.
