Job Description

  • Develop planning on estimated holiday packages to be sold on each season
  • Knowledge of hotels/resorts in holiday destinations inside and outside the country
  • Knowledge of Means of transportation to be used in tour packages
  • Keen Observation of service provided by transportation and hotels/resorts
  • Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort representatives
  • Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback
  • Producing brochures and internet-based information
  • Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and television advertising
  • Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together
