    Job Description

    • Manage Tour Operations of clients from arrival to departure. 
    • Maintain Coordination with service providers like hotels, transports, guides, etc. 
    • Make reservations for services including hotels, transportation, activities, guides, permits, and others in advance. 
    • Prepare service vouchers. 
    • Warmly welcome guests, brief them about their tour plans, and address queries & concerns.
    • Receive feedback from the guest at the end of their trip. 
    • Meet administrative objectives of the organization as required. 
    • Reporting to Manager.
