Fluent in English and Hindi languages
Previous experience as a tour guide or in a related customer service role is preferred
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)

Conduct guided tours of popular tourist destinations, historical sites, or cultural attractions
Provide informative and engaging commentary on the history, significance, and highlights of each location
Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the tour
Answer questions and provide assistance to tourists, creating a positive and memorable experience for each visitor
Manage group dynamics and ensure smooth operation of tours, including coordinating transportation and organizing logistics
Adapt to diverse groups of tourists and cater to their interests and needs
Stay up-to-date with current trends, local events, and attractions to enhance tour content
Maintain professionalism, excellent customer service, and a friendly attitude at all times
