Delights Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented Marketing & Operations Officer to oversee daily hospitality and catering operations while supporting marketing, business development, procurement, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, financial management, communication, and client relationship skills to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily catering, canteen, and hospitality operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, supervisors, suppliers, and service personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, portion control, and service standards.
Manage inventory, stock verification, procurement, food consumption, and wastage control.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding purchases, pricing, quality, and timely deliveries.
Monitor employee attendance, duty schedules, work allocation, and overall performance.
Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports on meal counts, inventory, expenses, and service performance.
Identify potential clients and develop business opportunities for catering, canteen management, and hospitality services.
Conduct market research and maintain relationships with corporate offices, educational institutions, factories, and other prospective clients.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and marketing materials.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.
Follow up on business leads, proposals, tenders, and prospective contracts.
Obtain and compare supplier quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Monitor operational expenses, budgeting, costing, and inventory to maintain profitability.
Collect customer feedback, resolve service-related issues, and recommend improvements.
Perform other operational, marketing, and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in hospitality, catering, food services, or canteen management will be preferred.
Practical knowledge of accounting, budgeting, costing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with VAT, TDS, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Experience in marketing, client handling, vendor management, and business development will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of financial management, cost control, and inventory management.
Strong operational planning and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.

Willingness to travel to operational sites and client locations when required.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position requiring coordination across the company's office, kitchens, canteens, client premises, and other operational locations.
