Job Description

Responsible for having queues, PTA issues, and re-issues completed in a timely manner.
Need pro-active approach while taking confirmations from candidate’s travel dates.
To check and update on time in case of any off load and non-arrival case of candidates.
Ensuring the efficient operations and maintain performance of the assigned task in order to achieve deployment Target.
Handle day-to-day problem related to deployment resolution, escalating to higher levels as required including daily reporting to Admin Manager.
Maintaining effective communication with all the departments regarding deployment issues and with labor department for labor clearance.
Ensures reliability and accuracy of ticketing database.
Responsible to manage team by becoming a good Team Player.
Should know the work flow process of an Overseas.

Job Specification:

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field.
Good public relation skills.
Willingness to work irregular hours/Off days and weekends.
Need an excellent command over English language.
Hands on working experience in MS word and excel.
