We are currently seeking a Ticketing Officer International to join our team at Flight Connection International. As a leading travel agency, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with efficient and reliable services. We are looking for a mid-level candidate with 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically with knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticketing operations, ensuring timely and accurate ticketing for all our clients.

Responsibilities

Utilize GDS knowledge to process ticketing transactions and issue tickets for flights, hotels, and car rentals for our clients.
Monitor and manage flight schedules, seat availability, and fare charts to ensure revenue optimization.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to secure the best deals for our clients.
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with ticketing-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures, including booking and ticketing deadlines.
Resolve ticketing errors or issues promptly and efficiently.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in GDS systems to provide the best services to our clients.

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the travel industry.
Knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS) is essential.
Ecellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
