We are looking for a mid-level candidate with 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically with knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticketing operations, ensuring timely and accurate ticketing for all our clients.

Utilize GDS knowledge to process ticketing transactions and issue tickets for flights, hotels, and car rentals for our clients.
Monitor and manage flight schedules, seat availability, and fare charts to ensure revenue optimization.

Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with ticketing-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures, including booking and ticketing deadlines.
Resolve ticketing errors or issues promptly and efficiently.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in GDS systems to provide the best services to our clients.
