Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Ticketing and Documentation Officer to manage flight reservations, ticketing, visa assistance, and travel documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, good knowledge of international travel requirements, and hands-on experience with ticketing and GDS systems. The role also requires accuracy, timely follow-up, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations and changes, and give clients accurate fares, schedules and seat availability.
Guide clients through visa requirements and applications, collect and verify their documents, and liaise with embassies, consulates and visa agencies.
Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, text or in person, and keep clients updated on requirements.
Maintain accurate booking records, client databases and itineraries.
Resolve minor client issues professionally, and escalate serious cases, visa rejections or urgent problems to your supervisor.
Stay current on visa policies, entry requirements and airline regulations.
Support your supervisor with trip summaries and reports, and work closely with other departments.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Management or a related field.
2 years+ of experience in ticketing, visa assistance or outbound travel documentation.
Strong English communication (written and verbal), and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Working knowledge of ticketing and visa procedures for major international destinations.
GDS experience Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre(All three is an advantage)
Detail-oriented, reliable, good at follow-up, a team player, and willing to work flexible hours.
