Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer to manage and process travel bookings, handle ticketing inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ticketing and travel services, with a strong background in travel and tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage travel bookings and ticketing for domestic and international travel.
  • Proper knowledge of Global Distribution System i.e. Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre
  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve any issues related to bookings.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and handle changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ticketing and travel services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, travel regulations, and booking procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
