- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the baby brand’s product portfolio, including diapers, baby toys, skincare, and accessories.
- Ensure these strategies align with company goals and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
- Serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share for baby products in existing and new regions.
- Increase the brand’s presence across various channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress toward sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store and online promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Drive brand visibility and increase consumer demand for baby products.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
- Secure long-term contracts and business partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
- Mentor and support junior sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and resources to help them meet and exceed their sales goals.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Conduct training sessions for retail partners and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the baby brand’s product offerings.
- Educate clients about product benefits, features, and proper usage to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales, baby care products, or (FMCG-personal hygiene) will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the baby care or (FMCG-personal hygiene) sector. Proven success in a senior sales role, including account management and territory expansion.
