We are seeking a seasoned Air Ticketing Staff professional to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our ticketing operations and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process air ticket bookings, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Provide expert guidance on fare structures, travel regulations, and airline policies to clients and team members.
Collaborate with travel agents, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate ticket issuance.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to ticketing, demonstrating a high level of service and professionalism.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, promotions, and technological advancements in ticketing systems.
Generate and analyze reports on ticket sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Required Age:More than or equal to 23 years

Other Specification

Proven experience in air ticketing, preferably in a senior role within the travel industry.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Galileo,Amadeus and Sabre) and ticketing procedures.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
