Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • Handle airline ticket reservations (domestic/international) and payments (credit cards/cash)
  • Provide professional support to international & domestic clients
  • Should possess strong co-ordination skills
  • Should be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Should have strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
  • Should possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Should be able to work with Microsoft office
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Basic knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) is preferred
  • Should be willing to work in a night shift

Job Description

  • The ticketing officer's requires him/her to handles visitors, answers the telephone calls and emails, issue tickets and provide after sales services.
