Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Other Specification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in International Air Ticketing 
  • Should have an excellent knowledge of GDS
  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
  • Fluency in Nepali and English
  • Excellent command of English writing, listening and speaking
  • Highly proactive in communication with the internal teams, Service provider and Trade partners
  • A team player with positive and can-do- attitude
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills are must. 
  • Forward thinking and finding solution keeping in the best interest of clients
  • Committed and Flexible to adapt in changing environment of the company
  • Ready to work under pressure and longer hours in the high seasons 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, attention to detail is a must
  • Should be able to effectively manage and lead the team

Job Description

  • Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, availability, procedures and policies
  • Demonstrate and provide different option to clients
  • Arrange for reservation and book the ticket accordingly
  • Plan routes and compute ticket costs
  • Read coded data on tickets to ascertain destination and maintain its database
  • Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer
  • Contact with customers to advise of changes with travel conveyance or to confirm reservation
  • Provide customer with assistance in preparing required travel documents and paper work
  • Prepare customer invoices and accept payment
  • Follow up with the airlines companies for refunding and capping tickets
  • Maintain PR with valuable clients
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of all events, services, and procedures of ticketing issues
  • Effectively manage and lead the team
  • Provide daily report to senior management
