  • Handle airline ticket reservations (domestic/international) and payments (credit cards/cash).
  • Provide professional support to international & domestic clients
  • Should possess strong co-ordination skills.
  • Should be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Should have strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
  • Should possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Should be able to work with Microsoft office.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) is preferred.
  • Should be willing to work in a night shift

Job Description

  • The ticketing officer's requires him/her to handles visitors, answers the telephone calls and emails, issue tickets and provide after sales services.
