Job Description

The Tender Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment (CASE) will be responsible for leading and managing the complete tendering process to drive the sales of CASE brand heavy equipment, primarily through government and institutional tenders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of public procurement, and a proven ability to secure large-scale equipment deals. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and successful bid outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end tendering process for heavy equipment sales (CASE brand) in government, semi-government, and large institutional projects.
  • Analyze tender requirements, prepare winning bids, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Coordinate with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government agencies, project consultants, and procurement authorities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender outcomes to adjust strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets through tender wins and project-based sales initiatives.
