  • Conduct New Product and Process trainings
  • Conduct Train the Trainer programs for product Trainers within the organization.
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Develop training content and build case studies for various project and product basis.
  • Develop performance metrics for trainees and trainers and design reporting systems.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge base and meet on-job / refresher training needs
  • Conduct On field Coaching/Mentoring for Telesales executives
  • Sales Performance Tracking – Calls, Demos, Demo to Sales conversion
  • Conduct sales and behavioral training for Sales
  • Administer New Hires Orientation Training and ensures new hires complete all appropriate requirements.
  • Ability to take sales & product training
  • Preparing Process documentation and user manual
  • Train new hires & existing employees
  • Perform a SWOT analysis on new hires and existing employees
