Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will assist in managing lead data, handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting sales campaigns, and maintaining customer database hygiene. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build their skills in telemarketing, customer engagement, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Data Handling

Maintain and update customer database and lead information.
Record call logs and generate reports for the team.
Ensure data accuracy and database hygiene.

Telemarketing & Customer Engagement

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.
Qualify leads, update data, and follow up with prospective clients.

Campaign & Reporting Support

Support marketing and sales campaigns with data and analysis.
Prepare basic reports on campaign progress and customer interactions.

Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups.
Share insights and feedback to improve telemarketing strategies.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Nepali and English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
A valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle are preferred (if field visits are required).
