Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are hiring Telemarketers to support our sales and marketing activities. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Clearly explain products and services to customers.
Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally.
Generate leads and support the sales team in conversions.
Update and maintain customer information in the system.
Maintain proper call records and reports.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Strong verbal communication skills.
Polite, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
Basic computer skills and ability to update CRM or call records.
Ability to work under target-based tasks.
Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage (but not mandatory).
