Job Description

  • To look into hardware repair and maintenance of laptops, projectors, IT accessories, networking products/services to the marketing team.
  • Assist the sales and marketing department directly in all sales activities during technical presentations/ on-site demo to the clients.
  • To perform day to day job as required by the first party. Receive client with a cheerful attitude and be always positive while receiving clients.
  • Maintain all documentation and status report of support to clients.
  • Coordinate project implementations by meeting deadline of the particular project, managing resources, delegate assignments to support staffs for project implementation.
  • Assist marketing department in tenders especially in preparing of technical proposals.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office communication like internet, email, networking, server etc.
  • Evaluate and monitor performance of hardware team.
