  • Should have excellent English writing skills with strong technical knowledge on IT software/ hardware on latest technology trends.
  • Should be capable of identifying errors in English-language grammar, punctuation and other aspects of light-level language editing.
  • Should be responsible for planning, organizing, and writing product and service related announcements, procedure manuals, technical proposals and reference documents.
  • Must be a creative and original writer
  • Should have strong creative ability experienced in Web writing 

Job Description

  • To plan, design, research, write and edit a range of new and existing documents, including user guides, implementation guides, online help, system manuals, project plans, test plans, etc.
  • To write content for websites, blogs, articles and Periodical Newsletters.
  • To write new and/or customize existing technical Proposal to meet the requirement of customer and elaborate company’s products, service and all its technicalities.
  • Create screen shots and illustrations using graphic tools
  • To create documents  in a manner which can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences and may include process flows, diagrams and narratives
