We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer – Civil to join our team in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technical documentation and eager to build a career in technical content development within the civil engineering and construction domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit technical documents, reports, manuals, and guidelines for civil engineering projects.
Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to gather accurate technical information.
Organize and present complex engineering data and concepts in a clear, concise, and user-friendly format.
Review and revise existing documentation to enhance clarity, consistency, and usability.
Ensure all documentation adheres to company quality standards and technical specifications.
Manage multiple documentation projects concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines.
Maintain version control and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Assist in standardizing documentation processes across teams.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Final Year Students can apply)
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in technical writing/documentation
Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CAD drawings and project documentation is a plus
High level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Ability to structure and organize complex technical information logically
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Willingness to coordinate with multiple teams and accept constructive feedback
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to documentation standards and tools
