We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer – Mechanical to join our team in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technical documentation and eager to build a career in technical content development within the mechanical engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, manuals, and reports for mechanical engineering projects.
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to collect technical information and ensure accuracy.
Organize and present technical data, engineering drawings, and product specifications in clear, user-friendly formats.
Review and revise existing documents to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.
Ensure documentation complies with company standards, industry guidelines, and best practices.
Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Final-year students may also apply).
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in technical writing/documentation (internships included).
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
