Our Technical Sales Specialist will contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining a wide and varied customer network.

The Role:

  • Conducting regular customer visits for promotion and education of Randox clinical products to increase sales across Nepal region.
  • Management of territory CRM database and direct selling of Randox products to customers
  • Engage and develop relationships with all key personnel in the relevant territory
  • Map out laboratories, including details such as a supplier and all other relevant information to develop a good overall knowledge of the customers.
  • Engage and develop relationships with all key personnel in the relevant territory.
  • Achievements of KPI’s and sales targets
  • Provide relevant quotations to customers.
  • Engage with Manager on a regular basis, updating on business opportunities, market changes etc.
  • Attending conferences and trades shows as needed

The Candidate:

Essential:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related Life Science discipline.
  • Fluency in English language
  • Proven track record in sales and customer management 
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
  • A positive attitude with the drive and work ethic to meet targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fully competent in the use of Microsoft packages
  • A valid driving licence.

Desirable:

  • A background in medical devices industry will be highly regarded 
  • 2:1 degree classification
