  • Handling, resolving customer complains including creating, managing and solving Trouble Tickets
  • Configuration and installation equipments at the clients’ premises
  • Providing customer support and resolution (phone, onsite and field) to problems arising from technical issues
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
  • Providing training to customers regarding usage of services
  • Providing on-site support to clients with technical issues
  • To do any other duties assigned by your supervisor(s)
