Diploma in Computer Engineering (CTEVT certified)
At least One Year of demonstrated experience in computer hardware & network management.
Excellent communication skill
Should pose with a “Can Do Attitude” and should have a logical convincing power
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Provide correct feedback to customers
Report to Technical Manager on performed duties
Perform other tasks as anticipated by the management
Should have a smart and pleasing personality
Must poses with 2-wheeler driving license

Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
Configure and install new IT equipment & replacing parts as required.
Configure of network devices including Face Plate, Patch Panel, Switch, Router etc.
Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
Maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
Monitor Help Desk tickets and resolve user issues.
Interact with clients either in person or over the phone to resolve their issues.
Provide Monthly Preventive Maintenance Service to clients, ensuring that all systems are working properly.
Maintaining the service logs of the incident and its resolution
Identifying and resolving issues regarding software, hardware, and operating system.
