Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent (final semester students with relevant global certifications also may apply).
Experience: 2 years or more.
Understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite, LAN, and WAN.
Installation, operation, and management of firewalls (NGFW), Router, Switches.
Basic familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, DNS, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Network Access Controller (NAC), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) is beneficial.
Basic knowledge of scripting and automation is advantageous.
Understanding of network design and infrastructure fundamentals.
Familiarity with authentication technologies such as LDAP, RADIUS, 2FA, MFA, etc.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Network / Security Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures, monitoring network performance, and ensuring the integrity and safety of organizational IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain LAN, WLAN, and related network architecture.
Plan, install, configure, tune, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless access points, WAF, and other enterprise architecture components as required.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
Assess client requirements and deploy network and security products accordingly.
Conduct research and development work on assigned network and security technologies.
Install and maintain security solutions at customer sites.
Provide technical support to customers, including out-of-hours support when required.
Submit daily job reports and project reports to the technical lead in a timely manner.
Prepare and deliver product training for customers and staff as needed.
