About the Role:

Same Day Courier Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nepal. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential business clients in the UK, with the objective of acquiring 2–3 new clients per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make professional sales calls to UK-based companies and promote Same Day Courier Ltd’s logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately manage and track all prospects and interactions using CRM software.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with a clear and natural English accent easily understood by UK clients.
• Graduate from an English-speaking country (UK, USA, Canada, or Australia).
• Confident communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and general computer applications.
• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

• Competitive starting salary: NPR 100,000 – 120,000 per month.
• Attractive performance bonus: NPR 5,000 per new client (e.g., NPR 30,000 for six clients per month). In addition, Quarterly Bonus scheme of 1 Lakh for the 1st and Rs 80K for the 2nd Sales Executives.
