  • Troubleshoot any day to day problems encountered by our customers
  • Windows server administration and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot LAN / WAN Network
  • Configure network equipment, i.e, switch, router, firewall, access points
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Implement hotspot network and configure wireless equipment
