We are searching for an innovative and energetic Technical Writer to join our Documentation Team to deliver top-notch documents which will enhance the value of our existing and new products. This job requires you to develop different forms of technical documents such as usermanuals, release plan notes, etc. which will guide both the internal and external users of IMS Software.
This position requires extensive collaboration with multiple teams such as the development team, support engineers, Quality Assurance team, and project management team. As such, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and technical educational background, which will act as a catalyst for him or her to interact with the different technical team members and quickly understand the new technical concepts.
