Teaching Assistant - ( Nursery to Grade 10 )

Aarambha Sanskar Vidyalaya is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team. Our school is committed to providing a dynamic and holistic learning experience for students from (Nursery to  Grade 10 ). As a Teaching Assistants you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and preparing them for the future.

Responsibilities:

Classroom & Child Support

• Assist the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
• Support children during learning, play, meals, hygiene, and transitions
• Observe children’s behavior and promptly report concerns to the teacher
• Help create a nurturing, calm, and emotionally safe environment

Learning & Activities

• Assist in preparing learning materials, activity corners, and displays
• Support storytelling, art, music, movement, and play-based learning
• Encourage positive behavior, independence, and social skills

Child Safety & Care

• Ensure constant supervision of children at all times
• Follow all child protection, hygiene, and safety SOPs strictly
• Assist during arrival, dispersal, and emergencies

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with teachers and support staff as a team
• Communicate respectfully with parents when guided by the teacher
• Participate in training, meetings, and school events

Academic & Classroom Support

• Assist teachers during lessons and activities
• Support individual or small-group learning (English / Math / Science)
• Help students stay focused, engaged, and organized
• Assist with worksheets, projects, and remedial tasks

Student Guidance & Discipline

• Reinforce classroom rules and positive behavior
• Observe students and report academic or behavioral concerns
• Support inclusive practices and respectful student interactions
