Sterling Wells Nepal is the operational hub of a UK-based group of chartered certified accountancy firms and fintech companies, including UK Property Accountants, Sterling & Wells, Crane & Partners, FigsFlow, RentalBux, and Taxule. We support thousands of clients across 50+ countries and oversee accounting for $8B+ in assets. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO.

We are looking for a Talent and Culture Manager who can help us attract great people, strengthen employee experience, and build a culture where high performers grow and stay.

What you’ll own

End-to-end recruitment across accountancy, taxation, software engineering, digital marketing, strategic tax advisory, and business growth.
Employee experience across the organisation; you will be a trusted point of contact for people matters and help resolve issues with empathy, speed, and fairness.
Engagement and retention programmes, including recognition, wellness, team-building, and cultural initiatives.
Talent development and succession planning in partnership with department heads.
Employer branding through career fairs, university partnerships, events, and social media.
Workforce planning support for leadership as we scale internationally.

You will work alongside a People Operations Manager who owns HRIS, grading frameworks, KPIs, and process automation, so you can stay focused on people, culture, and talent.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

What we need

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent management, HR business partnering, or recruitment leadership.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Proven track record of building teams, improving engagement, and reducing attrition.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Solid understanding of Nepal labour law and HR best practices.
Experience in professional services, fintech, outsourcing, or technology sectors is preferred.
Comfort using modern workplace tools, including AI-enabled systems.

Nice to have

Experience supporting cross-border teams or international hiring across multiple jurisdictions.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
Understanding of professional qualification pathways and software engineering talent markets.
