Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring junior to mid-level employees by implementing talent acquisition strategy
Implement a complete end to end recruitment and selection processes for junior to mid-level employees
Assist the senior as the face of the company at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Assist the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire the DFLP
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition targets
Plan, develop and execute various HR initiatives and systems as per the requirement

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Previous working experience in HR department preferably as a HR Officer for 1 year
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or similar relevant field. Master’s degree holder in Human resources would be preferred
In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Effective presentation style
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
