What you will be doing

  • Coordinate with hiring team to identify staffing needs in different teams
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events to name a few
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Proficient in using company ATS system to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
  • Data driven approach for in-depth analysis of past and current recruitment trends
  • Previous experience in Technical recruitment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
