Job Description

Assist the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining a conducive learning environment.
Supervise students during class activities, ensuring safety and promoting positive behavior.
Collaborate with teachers to plan and develop lesson plans and educational activities.
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students who need additional support.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Help students with assignments, projects, and homework as needed.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of student progress and behavior.
Help with grading assignments and recording grades.
Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for effective teaching.
