Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a mature and experienced Nepali Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for shaping and inspiring young minds, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver creative, engaging, and unconventional lessons for preschoolers (PG – UKG).

Key Responsibilities:

Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment for preschoolers.
Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies tailored to young learners’ needs.
Foster intellectual, emotional, and spiritual growth through interactive lessons and activities.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with children, parents, and colleagues.
Design imaginative and impactful lesson plans that stimulate curiosity, exploration, and learning.
Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through creative and playful methods.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Relevant degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Proven experience in teaching young children (PG – UKG).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
Ability to connect and communicate effectively with young children.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft memorable and unconventional lessons.
Familiarity with essential IT tools for educational purposes (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Patient, empathetic, and passionate about child development and education.
