Responsibilities

• System operation and maintenance: daily operation and maintenance of existing systems, customer training, etc.
• Equipment operation and maintenance: operation and maintenance of IT equipment such as servers, load balancing, routers, switches;
• Demand communication: Communicate and transmit daily needs of customers.
• Project implementation: Basic update, deployment, and verification of system functions on the system side. Third-party interface integration and docking, system joint debugging, operation training, etc.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Good Temperament
• Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering / Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years of experience of Webservice system,
• Familiar with Linux systems, common databases, strong and weak current knowledge, understanding of network technology, firewall knowledge, etc.
• Familiarity with smart meters and communication knowledge preferred.
