Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (academic centres, finance, quality assurance, examinations) and our software delivery partners, including Tribal, Enroly and Student CRM.
Gather and prioritize system improvement requests from centres and central teams; coordinate implementation either directly or via Tribal support.
Support system enhancements across a range of areas including:
Screen design and user experience improvements
Reports and data extracts (using SQL or other reporting tools)
Timetabling and scheduling functionality
Examinations Manager and related processes
Data auditing, validation, and quality assurance activities
Coordinate testing, feedback, and release processes for system updates and changes.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data outputs, supporting the release of reliable reports to wider teams and leadership.
Work collaboratively with central and local stakeholders to identify process efficiencies and align system functionality with business needs.
Maintain clear documentation of requirements, configuration, and delivery outcomes.
Provide basic user support and training for centre and central team staff where needed.

Other Specification

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in system coordination, delivery support, or data management roles.
Experience in education sector systems (student records, timetabling, examinations, etc.) strongly preferred.
Exposure to Tribal EBS or SITS (or similar higher education systems) highly desirable.
Strong SQL and reporting skills (able to write and troubleshoot queries).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external software partners.
High level of English proficiency (both written and verbal).
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Desirable Attributes

Experience with system testing and release management.
Familiarity with data quality frameworks or auditing practices.
Understanding of academic processes such as timetabling, assessment, and quality assurance.
Ability to translate technical issues into clear business language.
Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
