Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a System Assistant located in Kathmandu. As a System Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various system-related tasks and providing technical support. Your day-to-day tasks may include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and upgrading systems, maintaining documentation, and providing training to users.

Qualifications

Proficiency in computer hardware and software systems
Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
